Francisco failed to to do his due diligence by going back to the house after the appraiser was finished. Had he had done so to make sure everything was off this could have been very well prevented. While he did offer to repair what was needed he has failed to have the mold remediation done correctly. He believes a contractor is sufficient enough to handle such a task. The contractor is not a licensed mold specialist to ensure there is absolutely no mold left. We should not have to pay out of pocket for something that was never our fault to begin with. We should not have to pay for something that he agreed to having done per the signed amendment. I highly suggest finding another agent to help sell your home.
